Mikaela’s background is in health and safety and compliance. Mikaela has also worked in various admin roles before deciding that her passion is to work in a role where she helps others.

Nikky worked in various admin roles before an opportunity presented itself that landed her in marketing where she discovered her passion. Nikky considers the most rewarding part of her job to be knowing that the strategies she has implemented are increasing brand awareness for a company whose values and mission strongly align with her own.
Karen is responsible for recording and processing client transactions. She holds a Bachelor in Accounting, a Master in Business Administration, and a Master of Professional Accounting degree, with more than 10 years of work experience in different industries. By gaining knowledge through further studies and experience, she has become an excellent leader and team player.
Karen is responsible for ensuring that Assist Plan Managers meets the compliance requirements of NDIS, and leading the NDIS audit preparation in relation to invoicing and provider payments. Karen is a fully qualified Certified Practising Accountant and has been a member of CPA Australia since 2013. She gained valuable finance and accounting experience being a Finance Analyst for 3 years and Financial Accountant for 4 years in a US-Listed multinational company.
Originally from a corporate background in the UK, Jeremy has worked continuously in the disability service provision sector for the last 15 years, where he discovered his passion.
As a Client Care Manager, Jeremy is the first point of contact for APM participant’s and providers.
Serina is responsible for processing invoices and submitting claims via the NDIS Portal.
Serina comes to us with many years of experience in the disability sector and is due to finish her Cert IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting in February 2022.
