Your plan manager pays for your approved consumable and supports delivered by service providers, managing all the paperwork associated with your NDIS plan and services so you don’t have to.
Having an NDIS plan manager gives you the support you need to get the most out of your NDIS funding, whilst still giving you maximum control over HOW you use your funding.

Easy! At your planning meeting, be sure to request plan management is included in your plan. Once approved, get in touch with our friendly team and we’ll get you started with Assist Plan Managers!
Great! It’s as simple as completing the signup form on our website and agreeing to our Service Agreement. Sign up here.
Not a problem! First, you will need to contact the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and let them know you would like to change your plan management provider to Assist Plan Managers. Then get in touch with our team and we’ll guide you through signing up and the rest of the process. You will also need to get in touch with your current plan manager and request to cancel your service. We can help you with this too.

It’s Ok! You can ask for plan management to be included in your plan at your upcoming participant check in, or you can request a review of your plan by contacting the NDIA. Let them know you would like to be plan managed by Assist Plan Managers, and once your request has been reviewed and approved, give us a call to get started!
